How transparent are we as an organisation?

We believe in creating a transparent organization. We host a monthly townhall meeting wherein we open the floor to all employees for them to raise any concerns, provide constructive criticisms on how we can better ourselves, and provide recommendations - all of which we action, and ensure that the environment stays conducive to everyone's growth.

Where is Falcon’s office located?

Our offices are in Gurgaon, Mumbai, and Bengaluru. We also have all-remote positions on certain teams, where our team can work from anywhere in the world.

Does the team work from the office all five days?

We have a hybrid and flexible policy–a few days a week, the team comes into the office to whiteboard and brainstorm, while other days people work from home. Some positions are completely remote and folks can work from anywhere in the world.
